Growing up in an environment fraught with limiting beliefs and traumatic experiences, Shalom intimately understands the challenges of healing in isolation, devoid of support. Traditional talk therapy only skimmed the surface of her complex PTSD, and medication only provided temporary relief. Determined to find a path to true healing, Shalom discovered transformative processes that enabled her to overcome years of trauma and mental illness.
